General Refund Policy:

• • As a rule, purchases of our products and services are not generally entitled to refunds. We encourage you to thoroughly review the full course details and offerings before making a purchase.

Limited Exceptions:

• • Exceptional cases: Within 7 days of purchase, we may consider a refund for a product/offering, at our sole discretion. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of request, and the refund credit timeframe ,10 business working days , ,credited amount will reflect in your account or source of payment as per your bank’s processing timeline.

• • Non-refundable fees: Please note that the registration fee of Rs 5,000 is non-refundable.

• • Minimum price threshold: No refund requests will be accepted for courses with a price below Rs.15,000.

Unauthorized Use and Misrepresentation:

Elevate IAS reserves the right to revoke your access and services if we detect any unauthorized use or misrepresentation associated with your purchased product(s).

Technical Issues and Payment Failures:

Elevate IAS will not be held liable for any claims or reimbursements related to failed payments due to technical difficulties with bank/payment gateway services.
